How To - Visible Order Statuses

From within the Order Search screen we can see the various colour coded status of orders.

The below explains the status colours and stages that will be encountered as an order progresses through its journey:

	This is an order which has been sent for approval
	This is an order within the basket that we are still creating
	This is an order which has been created and placed with the supplier
	This shows acknowledgment of your order from the supplier
	Your order has been picked, packed and is on its way to you where you will need to fully or partially accept this
	This order has been fully or partially accepted at site
	A discrepancy between placed, dispatched, accepted and charged
	Everything matches and payment can be made
	Order has been cancelled

To view a specific order, select the relevant one from the list.

You can navigate to relevant orders by using the filters on the left-hand side

To minimise the information, use the Show/Hide filter and toggle on and off accordingly to view required information
